Easter.......Finally

Now that it is almost mother's day I figured it was time to post the easter pics! We went to the Wilsons Easter party at Mapelton park. We tried to keep warm with blankets and yummy dutch oven ribs and potatoes. It was a great day! Here is Cache on the way to Grandmas house playing with his easter basket and kite.

On the way to the park he fell asleep with his easter loot from Grandma. Of course he didn't want us to know he was tired!

On the way home from Grandmas he passed out before we even hit the freeway! I guess that is what happens when you have loads of fun!

Rich and Cache are really good at Self Portraits! This would be an Easter self portrait taken by Cache! Not too bad!

Cache picked out an easter bunny at the store that he calls BUNNY! He slept with him for a couple of weeks and took him everywhere. This is bunny hanging in his chair on the couch! Heaven Forbid he just sit on the couch!

Mowing the Lawn

It's that time of year again...mowing season! Cache loves to help dada mow the lawn. They get out the ipod, share some tunes, and get the work done. Puppy had to go along for the ride.Once they hit the backyard Cache decided he needed a more active role in mowing. I got out his mower so he could help dada! Notice puppy was casually discarded!

The FLU!

Poor little Cache got the flu this week. On Tuesday I came out of the shower to him completely passed out in the recliner watching a video. He slept there for two hours and then got up and took a three hour nap. Since then Rich got the flu and so did I. Although I don't think we look as cute sleeping!

MMMM, SNOW!!

What do you do when it is cold and snowing outside? Simple, you jump on the tramp and eat the snow! At least that is what it means to Cache. As soon as he sees the snow he starts looking all over the house saying BOOTS, BOOTS! Next thing I know I am bundled up too!

Doughnut RUN!!

What do you do when you are up at 6:30 am and need milk? Doughnut RUN! Cache and Rich went to the bakery and got some yummy doughnuts! Cache picked his out all by himself. Chocolately goodness!
Cache dived right in and got chocolate up his nose and was sneezing brown goop!

The end result was pure enjoyment and yumminess!

Swingin' Vegas Style

We went to Vegas to visit my sister and her family and enjoy the warm weather. Cache enjoyed their backyard and constantly wanted to swing. He fell asleep while Rich was pushing him one afternoon.What every boy always dreams of......a purple and pink princess castle!

On the drive home Cache ate all the m&m's out of the trail mix and had chocolate all over the place.I couldn't catch all the chocolately goodness because cache wanted to play with the camera and not get his picture taken. We had a great time with my sister and her family. While we were down there we were able to go to Jenna's basketball game (she won), and go out to dinner for Valentines Day with Rick and Melinda.

Carousel

Cache and I went shopping at the South Towne Mall and he fell in love with the carousel. Because it was naptime I told him we would have to come back when dadda came home. As I took a very reluctant Cache to the car he told me with a few looks that I was the worst mother ever and that I had ruined his life! The whole way home he kept asking for the horsies and I kept telling him that we would go when dadda got home. The second he woke from his nap he was asking for the horsies and once again I told him he had to wait for dadda. As soon as dadda walked in the door Cache was pulling on his finger telling him it was time to see the horsies. We piled in the car and went to see the horsies. Cache road the carousel 3 times, and probably would have stayed on it all night if he could.
